How to use / platinum catalyst

1. Use ratio: When preparing premixed rubber compounds such as liquid silicone rubber and electronic potting compound, add 2.0-8.0 g of catalyst per 1 kg of A component (non-Si-H component) base rubber and mix thoroughly.

2. The components A and B added with the catalyst are mixed according to the ratio, and after mixing is sufficient, the molding process is performed according to the actual molding process.

3, the recommended curing conditions: 120 °C / 180-300s (thickness 2mm).

4. The optimum catalyst addition ratio and curing conditions should be determined according to different products and production processes.
