AFTER SALES

1. For socks dotting printing, we use mesh of 40-60 mesh for silicone ink pass through completely. Some customer also use stencil as well.

2. Heating temperature of our silicone heat transfer stickers is 155~170℃, 15~20 seconds according to different fabrics and thickness.

3. The order we delivered if it is not match your request, pls keep it sealed well for replacement.


Solution to 5 Printing Issue

1.How to defoam the bubble in glossy silicone ?

Print thinner layer to help bubble out;

Dont heat too urgent, leave some time for leveling after printing finished;

Add 10% bubble-defoaming agent DS-1003 to speed leveling.


2.How to improve adhesion between silicone and fabrics ?

Add enough catalyst to make complete cure during printing;

Test the adhesion for adhesion before bulk production;

Print our adhesive agent 1001 first on waterproof fabrics to improve adhesion.


3.How to solve sticky surface of silicone printing ?

make sure catalyst added enough due to different weather and room temperature;

heat under curing temeperature, usually under 100-120 degree;

avoid to add too much pigment or other addive agent in silicone, this would also affect curing.


4.How to solve color-migration on sublimation fabrics ?

Lower down heating temperature but longer heating time;

Using nature-cure series of printing silicone

print anti-migration silicone in middle layer to avoid color-migration problem.
