OVERVIEW
Multi-color flat silicone heat transfer stickers. Great elasticity and washing resistance over waterbase rubber ink or PU ink. For this kind of printing, we need to use CMYK half-tone printing for color effect. Then apply cross linker and heat transfer glue. Some of artwork, we will combine digital printing and screen printing to make the labels more vivid effect.
Heat press temperature: 160~170 degree, 15 seconds.

How to make silicone heat transfer labels?
1. Prepare glossy or matte PET film.
2. Mixed clear high density T-J05 or round silicone T-J02 with color Pigments to get color effect, print 2-3 layers, every layer surface cure
3. To Raise thickness, we print high density silicone clear after colors, layers depend on the thickness you request. Or we can raise thickness by color silicone directly
4. Mixed cross linker T-90FA:T-90FB=1:1, Then print 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
5. Print glue G-60 directly on top. 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
