High density glossy curve silicone heat transfer labels. Our curve glossy silicone labels is produced by screen printing method for heat transfer. It should be done by positive method in which process we need to print heat transfer glue firstly. Great curve effect. No change or no reduce of thickness under high temperature since the solid content of silicone is nearly 100%.
Heat press temperature: 160~170 degree, 15 seconds.

How to make glossy curve silicone heat transfer labels?
1. Prepare PET film
2. Print heat transfer glue G-60 3-4 layers( every layer surface cure)
3. Mix T-90ZA:B=1:1, then print 3-4 layers (every layer surface cure)
4. Mix HD silicone with pigment then print to the thickness you request (every layer surface cure)
5. Print glossy silicone or matte silicone on top to get super matte or shiny effect.
6. Use mold sticky film to attached the labels off from PET film
