OVERVIEW

Multi-color flat silicone heat transfer stickers, CMYK half-tone by screen printing method. The printing color separation mode (CMYK) is a color registration mode used in color printing. Using the principle of color mixing of three primary colors and black ink, a total of four colors are mixed and superimposed to form a so-called “full-color printing”. The four standard colors are:

C:Cyan = blue, often mistakenly called "sky blue" or "blue"

M: Magenta = magenta, also known as "magenta"

Y:Yellow = Yellow

K:black = black, although there are literatures explaining that K here should be Key Color (positioning color), but it is actually confused with the concept of positioning stencil used in plate making and there is this One said. The abbreviation here uses the last letter K instead of the beginning B, because B has been given RGB Blue Blue in the overall chromatics.

Heat press temperature: 160~170 degree, 15 seconds.

How to make silicone heat transfer labels?

Items prepared:

High density silicone T-J05

Cross linker T-90F / T-70

Heat transfer glue G-60

Silicone pigments

PET film

1. Prepare glossy or matte PET film.

2. Mixed clear high density T-J05 or round silicone T-J02 with color Pigments to get color effect, print 2-3 layers, every layer surface cure

3. To Raise thickness, we print high density silicone clear after colors, layers depend on the thickness you request. Or we can raise thickness by color silicone directly

4. Mixed cross linker T-90FA:T-90FB=1:1, Then print 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure

5. Print glue G-60 directly on top. 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
