OVERVIEW

Metallic silver and gold flat silicone heat transfer stickers. Great elasticity and washing resistance over waterbase rubber ink or PU ink. On the other hand, it can undertake high temperature which would not cause color-migration problem or crack after heating press.

Heat press temperature: 160~170 degree, 15 seconds.

How to make silicone heat transfer labels?

Items prepared:

High density silicone T-J05

Cross linker T-90F / T-70

Heat transfer glue G-60

Silicone pigments

PET film

1. Prepare glossy or matte PET film.

2. Mixed clear high density T-J05 or round silicone T-J02 with color Pigments to get color effect, print 2-3 layers, every layer surface cure

3. To Raise thickness, we print high density silicone clear after colors, layers depend on the thickness you request. Or we can raise thickness by color silicone directly

4. Mixed cross linker T-90FA:T-90FB=1:1, Then print 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure

5. Print glue G-60 directly on top. 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
