It is a silk screen production document sent by the designer to the manufacturer, because the screen printing production is mostly monochrome or multi-color overprinting, so we need to process the document at the early stage of the design. The document format is best in vector files, such as AI+CDR+EPS+PDF, and if the graphics are small or the clarity requirements are low, the high-definition picture format can also be provided.

mportant Notes
Always run a pre-test on a fabric sample before mass production. Different fabric types may require slight adjustments to temperature, pressure or time.
Do not apply the transfer on fabrics with waterproof coating or heat-sensitive materials, which may cause melting or adhesion failure.
Avoid excessive pressure. Too high pressure may squeeze out silicone and distort your logo pattern.
If the edge of the patch lifts after peeling, increase pressing time by 3–5 seconds in your next trial.
After heat transfer, reverse washing is recommended to extend the service life of the silicone patch.
