Silicone shoe tongue heat seal mark used for shoes heat press for size and other information. Great washing and rub resistance which would has perfect soft hand-feel as well.
Silicone tongue mark is always made in small letters, so the printing need to be done very carefully. As silicone ink can pass nearly 350mesh screen, that’s why we will choose it as tongue mark which would always get contact with our skin. Silicone is said to be the best eco-friendly material over other inks.
Heat press temperature: 155~170 degree, 15 seconds.

How to make silicone heat transfer labels?
Items prepared:
High density silicone T-J05
Cross linker T-90F / T-70
Heat transfer glue G-60
Silicone pigments
PET film
1. Prepare glossy or matte PET film.
2. Mixed clear high density T-J05 or round silicone T-J02 with color Pigments to get color effect, print 2-3 layers, every layer surface cure
3. To Raise thickness, we print high density silicone clear after colors, layers depend on the thickness you request. Or we can raise thickness by color silicone directly
4. Mixed cross linker T-90FA:T-90FB=1:1, Then print 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
5. Print glue G-60 directly on top. 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
