Reflective garment neck silicone heat transfer mark with great washing resistance and super soft hand-feel. It is done by screen printing and then heat press on fabrics which is more efficient and good quality. It’s much better in rub resistance and elasticity than water base rubber ink and solvent ink.

How to make silicone heat transfer labels?
Items prepared:
High density silicone T-J05
Cross linker T-90F / T-70
Heat transfer glue G-60
Silicone pigments
PET film
1. Prepare glossy or matte PET film.
2. Mixed clear high density T-J05 or round silicone T-J02 with color Pigments to get color effect, print 2-3 layers, every layer surface cure
3. To Raise thickness, we print high density silicone clear after colors, layers depend on the thickness you request. Or we can raise thickness by color silicone directly
4. Mixed cross linker T-90FA:T-90FB=1:1, Then print 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
5. Print glue G-60 directly on top. 3-4 layers. Every layer surface cure
